Mary Simmons Named Chief People and Culture Officer

We’re pleased to announce that Mary Simmons, Vice President of Human Resources, has been promoted to the position of Chief People and Culture Officer for Solis Mammography and Washington Radiology. Her expanded role will serve as the organizational engine that fuels and sustains Solis’ unique high-touch, high-tech culture across a rapidly expanding and growing healthcare enterprise.

During her tenure with Solis, Mary has developed a unified Human Resources function that is designed to move from a compliance-driven approach to an integrated best-in-class business function, helping employees succeed at work, at home and in their communities. Throughout her two-decade career, Mary has been instrumental in leading and evolving the Human Resource functions at major healthcare companies headquartered in Texas and Georgia.
