Mary comes to Solis with 20 years of healthcare experience in HR. Most recently, she was Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services for Vizient. Vizient is a healthcare performance improvement company that offers solutions by way of consulting, technology products, and supply chain contracting services. While at Vizient, she served in strategic roles leading areas across the company, including 3,100 employees nationwide. She has also had key Human Resources roles at Tenet Health and The Broadlane Group, which included experience with many acquisitions, divestitures and integration efforts. Mary believes in ensuring the HR Team helps employees to thrive at work and to partner with leaders to build HR Strategy for business success.

Mary graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, Concentration in Human Resources. She also holds her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certificate, she is a Development Dimensions International (DDI) Certified Facilitator, and a Master Human Capital Strategist (MHCS), from the Human Capital Institute.
