Leadership Roles

Center Director

Patient Service RepresentativeThe Center Director oversees all departments within a Solis Mammography center, managing center staff and daily operations. This individual is instrumental in defining the goals, budget and performance standards for the center and effectively communicates them to their team. The Center Director is a key link between physicians, patients and staff, as well public and external agencies, setting the standard for outstanding customer service.

Market Director

The Market Director is responsible for the overall operational excellence of their assigned region. This critical position impacts the long-term viability of the company by ensuring centers within the assigned area provide outstanding care, deliver accurate results to patients, promote team member engagement, mentor current and future leaders, all while ensuring profitability and growth.

Patient Support Roles

Patient Service Representative

Patient Service Representatives are responsible for in-person relations in our centers. PSR’s greet and register patients, collect information and process payments. We have PSR positions available across all of our centers in the United States.

Patient Accounts Specialist

Patient Accounts Specialists are responsible for assisting with the requirements of front office operations, billing and customer service or recovery. Positions in Addison, Texas and Washington, DC home offices.

Insurance Verification Specialist 

Insurance Verification Specialists are responsible for insurance verification of patient benefits in addition to other patient account duties. Positions available in Addison, Texas.

Contact Center

Contact Center Agent 

Contact Center Agents are responsible for over-the-phone patient relations, assisting with scheduling, service-related questions and general FAQ’s. Our beautiful, state-of-the-art Contact Center is conveniently located in the mid-cities business corridor in North Texas.
