She is adept in contact center technology and system integrations. Most recently, she served as Senior Director at Texas Health Connect, where she oversaw multiple services, both clinical and non-clinical, including centralized scheduling, digital support, discharge connections, and referral management.

Wanda holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
