Julie Devine is the Chief Information Officer at Solis Mammography. She is a seasoned digital and technology executive, with deep experience in high-growth, multi-site healthcare organizations. She focuses on leveraging technology to elevate the patient experience, optimize operations, and accelerate M&A integration activities through process excellence and disciplined execution. 
 
Prior to joining Solis Mammography, Julie served as the CIO at TVG-Medulla, a healthcare management organization that focused on consolidating and expanding chiropractic brands nationally. At TVG-Medulla, Julie focused on growth enablement and transformation of the IT team, clinical systems, the revenue cycle management function, and de novo and M&A integration processes. Through her leadership in these transformational areas, the organization more than doubled in size in three years. Before joining TVG-Medulla, Julie spent seven years at ATI Physical Therapy, shepherding the IT team through a period of explosive growth in which the organization added almost 800 clinics through de novos, acquisitions, and joint ventures. 
 
Julie received her bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University and is a certified Project Management Professional.
