Dmitry Ginzburg is Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Solis Mammography. He has more than 13 years of experience in finance, corporate development and advisory roles in health care.

Dmitry started his career with VMG Health, providing a wide range of valuation and transaction advisory services. He then spent several years at DaVita, closing numerous acquisitions that helped fuel the company’s growth. While at DaVita, he was awarded for his teamwork and “above and beyond” service to the company. Most recently, Dmitry worked in corporate development at Tenet Health where he executed a broad range of corporate transactions and joint ventures for acute care hospitals, urgent care centers and other health care service lines.

Dmitry has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University.
