Joni is the Vice President of Operations for the Northeast and Midwest Regions. Joni comes to Solis from Trinity Health where she spent more than 20 years leading medical groups and ambulatory operations. Most recently she was the Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic Medical Groups and Provider Services in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Joni has led multiple enterprise-wide operational excellence programs, performance management initiatives and system-wide integrations. During her time with Trinity, she established a regional physician governance committee bringing the clinical voice to the table in collaboration with administration to develop strategies, policies and a standard framework for clinical work, quality, accountability and patient outcomes.

Joni has a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Phoenix and received her undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University.
