Rachel Powell  is the Center Director for our Granbury location. Rachel started with Solis in 2018 as a Contact Center Supervisor where she has provided oversight to a team of 15-25 agents.  She has contributed to several process improvements and has been integral in the creation of new processes. Prior to Solis, Rachel’s experience includes running startup businesses, revenue generation and operations management, as well as managing a public service outreach.
