Nicole Harris serves as one of our Market Directors in North Texas, overseeing centers in Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Carrollton, Prosper, and Plano. With over 24 years of experience in mammography and breast imaging, including a decade in operations leadership, Nicole brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to her role.

Previously, Nicole served as the Center Director for our Frisco Stonebriar and Carrollton locations. Before joining Solis, she was the Medical Imaging Manager at Baylor Scott and White Medical Center – Centennial, where she managed six imaging modalities and contributed to various organizational committees.

Nicole's leadership philosophy is captured by her guiding principle: “When you are called to LEAD, you are called to SERVE, and you must be willing to place the needs of others above your own.”

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Technology from McNeese State University and attended Dillard University in Louisiana. Nicole is an ARRT registered technologist in Radiography and Mammography.
