Dr. Jubang received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Dr. Jubang then went on to University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston where he earned his M.D. degree. To continue his medical education, Dr. Jubang joined the radiology residency program at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. 

Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Jubang decided to specialize in Breast Imaging, completing a Breast Imaging Fellowship at the Methodist Hospital in Houston, Texas.
