Dr. O’Toole graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Human Biology. She obtained her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston where she also completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology, serving as Chief Resident during her senior year of residency. She completed a fellowship in breast imaging at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and has been board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology since 2001.
