Mattie has been with Solis for 10 years, starting as a mammography tech in Denton in 2005. She advanced through her career at the Denton center, moving into a Lead Tech role in 2014 and serving as Interim Director beginning December 2015.

Mattie is a graduate of Midwestern State University, receiving her associates degree in 2005.
